Who processes your data

My Favourite Experience – Eventos Turísticos, Lda., tax number (NIF) 510089097, with its registered office at Rua das Cartas, 468, 4405-542 Vila Nova de Gaia. Contact for data matters: contacto@traveltastic.pt.

What data we collect

• In the quote request: your name, the route, the dates, the number of travellers and any preferences you write. This request goes to WhatsApp on your phone and only reaches us when you send it.
• On WhatsApp: your number and the messages exchanged with the consultant.
• To issue tickets and bookings: the passengers’ full names, contact details and, where the airline requires it, identity document details.

What we use it for

To prepare the quote, issue the tickets, book the hotel, invoice and support your trip until you’re home. We do not sell data to anyone.

Who we share it with

With the airlines and hotels in your booking, with the bodies we are legally required to report to (for example, for tax purposes) and, after your trip, with Trustpilot: we send it your name, email address, trip reference and language so that it can write to you with an invitation to review your experience. If you would rather not receive it, tell us at contacto@traveltastic.pt.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed to reply to them. Booking data is kept for the legal invoicing periods.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@traveltastic.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).

Price estimates and cookies

To show the flight estimate, the website queries a market price service using only the route and dates, with no personal data. To understand what interests our visitors, the website counts page views and taps on the WhatsApp buttons, with no cookies, nothing stored on your device and no IP address kept. Each tap adds a reference to the message, which tells us which page and offer the conversation came from. The Trustpilot rating appears in a frame loaded from their servers, which receive your IP address and the usual technical data of any visit. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page and the cookie notice will be updated first.

Language

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of doubt.
