Who we are

GoTraveltastic (formerly Traveltastic) is a brand of My Favourite Experience – Eventos Turísticos, Lda., tax number (NIF) 510089097, a travel agency registered with RNAVT, Portugal’s national register of travel agencies, under no. 3301, with its registered office at Rua das Cartas, 468, 4405-542 Vila Nova de Gaia.

Estimates and quotes

The flight prices shown on the website are market estimates, calculated from recent searches, and do not constitute an offer. The price of the trip is the one in the quote sent by the consultant, valid for the period stated in it. Airfares change with demand: the price is only guaranteed once the tickets are issued.

Booking and payment

Payment methods and timing, invoicing and the delivery of travel documents are set out in the quote for each trip and confirmed before booking.

Luggage and fares

The luggage included depends on the fare chosen and the airline’s rules. The quote states what is included and the price of any additional bags.

Changes and cancellations

The rules of the airline and hotel in each booking apply. Any service fees for changes or cancellations are shown in the quote before booking. In the event of a delay, cancellation or denied boarding, passengers keep the rights provided for under EU law.

Travel documents

Each passenger is responsible for travelling with a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and for meeting the entry requirements of the destination country.

Welcome offer

The amount and conditions of the offer shown in the quote request are confirmed by the consultant in the quote, before any payment.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site are licensed to My Favourite Experience – Eventos Turísticos, Lda. for use on the site and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, downloaded for reuse or used on other sites, in advertising or in other materials.

Complaints

You can complain in writing to contacto@traveltastic.pt or in the Electronic Complaints Book (livroreclamacoes.pt). In the event of a dispute, you can turn to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body; the list is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt).

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of doubt.
